No. We require first months rent and a security deposit. If you plan on moving in on or after the 15th of the month you would be required to pay the prorate for that month, the next month's rent and the security deposit.

Every person over the age of 18 years old that plans on residing at the property is required to submit a completed application.

Rent can be paid in numerous ways. The first month's rent and security deposit are always required to be paid with certified funds (Bank Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order). Ultimately the payments for maintenance and repairs falls on the property owner however if any repairs or maintenance are deemed to be resident caused, whether by accident, neglect or abuse, the residents will be presented a copy of the invoice to reimburse the property owner.
